Customers must provide the following details when placing an order:

• Valid PIN code

Orders cannot be processed without a complete address and correct PIN code.

An order is considered confirmed only after Pousstick Kounts™ acknowledges the order and confirms the order details with the customer.

We reserve the right to decline or cancel orders when necessary.

All product prices are listed in Indian Rupees (INR).

Prices may be updated periodically without prior notice. The price applicable to the order will be the price confirmed at the time of order placement.

Pousstick Kounts™ processes and dispatches orders within a minimum period of two (2) working days after order confirmation.

Delivery timelines may vary depending on the customer's location and courier service availability.

Customers must provide a valid and accurate delivery address including the correct PIN code when placing the order. Orders without a valid PIN code may not be processed.
