I am Sunita Rajput, founder of Pousstick Kounts—a conscious citizen who strongly believes that good eating habits are the foundation of a healthy, disease-free life. My dream is not just personal; it is to see our society return to mindful eating and better living.

Pousstick Kounts had its humble beginnings in a home kitchen, born out of the desire to recreate foods we grew up with—made cleaner, more honest, and relevant for today’s lifestyles. Though the beginning was small, the vision has always been grand.

Indian at heart, our laddoos are crafted for busy, overworked Gen Z and Millennials who want nourishment without compromise, as well as for those who look back with nostalgia and say, “This is something I grew up with”—and decide to welcome it back into their lives.

Our first step in this health movement was the launch of refined sugar-free and refined flour-free laddoos, prepared with care, traditional wisdom, and conscious ingredient choices. Every product reflects our commitment to purity, nutrition, and balance—without losing the joy of taste.
